Almost three years working as a lead designer for one of the biggest US Gym franchisee, implementing the design team from 1 to 5 designers, helping the account grow from 12 to 53 people (from ~$150k/mo to $1.6M/month. With the biggest outcome being 200% checkout optimization that's ~$70M/annual extra revenue.
The design system also helped speeding up the development in more than 40x considering refactoring, accessibility, and error handing hours.
I also partnered with another designer to redesign and rebuild from scratch the whole experience for the SustainChain, an AI-powered sustainability platform that connects global leaders and received many awards, including two honorable mentions by FastCo as a world changing idea through design in 2022 and 2023.

TaCombinado (2014-16)
I was invited to be the first designer and co-founder with 5% equity and a big and interesting goal, redesign the brand and the platform of the startup that was in very early stage but dreaming high with a receltly closed deal with the Facebook ads team to test a marketplace idea inside Facebook. The startup ended-up not getting there after the 2015 crisis in Brazil and I learned the worst way that having 5% of zero means zero!
Partnered with an strategy designer to build the digital design team. We grew from 2 to 6 designers in less than 6-months and we were responsible for two big e-commerce brand and digital redesigns, brand-guide sites for huge Nestlé brands, and the redesign of the biggest POS system interface for Cielo/Visa, a project that lasts until today and it's still being used by millions of brazilians daily.
Led a team of four designers in the e-commerce operation. We were responsible for email campaigns, landing pages, and all the banners and promotional images for the sales campaigns. Partnerships and special launches for Samsumg, Visa, Mastercard.
